报告人简介:Prof. Dr. Stephan Fritzsche is a highly accomplished physicist with a distinguished academic career spanning over three decades. Holding a PhD in Physics from Kassel University in 1992, he has worked at Oxford University in the UK, Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden in 1995 and other institutions. Currently, he is head of the Theory Group at the Helmholtz-Institute and professor for theoretical physics at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena, with focus on quantum systems in intense fields. He also serves as Principal Editor for Computer Physics Communications, a peer-reviewed international journal with focus on the numerical analysis and software design in physics and physical chemistry. Prof. Fritzsche’s research interests deal with the structure and dynamics of finite quantum systems for applications in atomic and optical physics. He has published more than 500 papers in international academic journals, such as Nature Physics, Physics Review Letter, Physics Report, and so on.
